Graf Mitternacht is an independent music project. This Privacy Policy covers the official Graf Mitternacht Android application and the website at grafmitternacht.com. Questions about privacy can be sent to bc0585585686@gmail.com.
2. Information processed when you use the app
The application streams audio and displays music-related pages, images and videos over the internet. When your device requests this content, our hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical information, including your IP address, request timestamps, requested URLs, and device or browser details, to deliver content, prevent abuse, maintain security and troubleshoot problems. The app also uses device functionality needed for background media playback.
3. Information you provide voluntarily
The official Android app and website offer an optional merchandise order request form. To submit a request, you provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, full shipping address, item number, size, and quantity. You may also add an optional message or order details. These details are transmitted over HTTPS to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the request to our email inbox so we can confirm availability, price, shipping, payment arrangements, and respond to you. Submitting this form is not required to listen to music or view videos. No payment is processed in this form. FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains submissions for 30 days; email copies are stored separately and may remain until no longer needed for the enquiry or related obligations. Do not submit sensitive personal information in the message field.
4. Third-party services and links
The app and website may display or link to third-party music, video and social services, including YouTube and other streaming platforms. When you view embedded content or open an external service, that provider may process information according to its own privacy policy. The availability and behavior of third-party content can vary.
5. Device access and local storage
The Android app requests internet and foreground media-playback permissions. The reviewed Android manifest does not request access to precise location, contacts, microphone or camera. The embedded web experience may use normal browser or WebView storage and caching to operate. This statement does not rule out technical information being processed by content providers.
6. Sharing, retention and security
We do not describe personal data as sold to advertisers. Technical request data may be handled by infrastructure and media providers, and voluntary enquiries by FormSubmit and email services. FormSubmit states a 30-day retention period for its submission archive. Email copies of enquiries may be kept as needed to respond and maintain relevant correspondence. Retention of Cloudflare logs and other provider records depends on applicable provider settings and legal requirements. We use the services needed to operate the app, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to submit the merchandise form or follow third-party links. You can uninstall the app at any time. For questions about personal information you provided to Graf Mitternacht, including access or deletion requests where applicable, contact bc0585585686@gmail.com. Requests involving third-party providers may need to be addressed to those providers.
8. Children and content
Graf Mitternacht is a general-audience music project, not a service designed specifically for children. Music and video content may contain mature artistic themes. Parents and guardians should assess suitability for younger listeners.

We may update this policy when the app, website, providers or privacy practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
